Gordon Neil is one of the most sought after choreographers/
instructors/performers in the world. He has choreographed for stage,
film, and television. Among his choreography credits are shows for
legendary artists such as Gilberto Santa Rosa, Ruben Blades, Larry
Harlow, & Grupo Niche, as well as the film 'Mano', to name only a
few. He has traveled the globe teaching and performing his unique
style to massive audiences, and he is currently on a European tour.
With a dance background that consists of hip hop, modern, jazz, Afro
Caribbean, and even training in Afro Cuban with Los Munequitos de
Matanzas, Cuba, this Jamaican native has taken the world by storm
with his powerful dance style, musicality, and unorthodox &
practical approach to salsa dancing & social dance improvisation.
This month Gordon Neil invades Indy as he
brings Flava to Salsa Sabor. Gordon Neil, one
of the nation's finest male dancers, will be
coming to Indianapolis to teach two workshops
at Riolo Dance Studio on Sunday, October
19th. He will also be at The Adobo Grill
Saturday night, October 18th for social
dancing and at Salseros Unidos' Sunday Social
on October 19th. This is a once and a lifetime
chance to learn from this renowned dancer
and choreographer. Gordon Neil has
performed and instructed workshops at the
Chicago Salsa Congress for the past couple of
years as well as other salsa congresses.
Gordon also started Flava Invasion in Hotlanta
which has been a revolutionary salsa weekend
like no other since 2006 bringing the best
salsa talents in Atlanta from all around the
world.
